Craig Morley, GA, MNAA
Craig has over 30 years experience as an appraiser of real property, commercial land, buildings, utility easements as well as condemnation valuations. Craig was appointed by the Governor of Utah to the Utah State Appraisal Licensing board and served eight years (two terms) with three years as Chair of the Appraisal Board. He was involved in appraisal legislation that led Utah to be the first state in the USA to develop AMC legislation in 2008. He is a Utah Certified Education Instructor and educator for the Utah Association of Appraisers and the Appraisal Institute. He has been president of the Washington County Board of Realtors and past VP for the Utah Association of Realtors, Vice President of the National Association of Appraisers and 2016 President of the Utah Association of Appraisers. Experienced with valuations in restaurant, lodging, water rights, property stigma issues, landfill, and construction defects. Craig is the principal partner of Morley & McConkie, LC a regional valuation firm that provides services in Southern Utah, Southern Nevada and Northern Arizona.
Josh Emett, CPA, MAcc
Josh has a Master of Accountancy degree from Southern Utah University and a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Dixie State University. He is a licensed CPA in the state of Utah and a member of the American Institute of CPAs. Among his areas of specialization is business valuation, and he also has a background in consulting about management, workflow, and technology. Josh currently serves as the treasurer on the board of directors for Art Around the Corner.
Josh enjoys the warm weather of St. George and the proximity to multiple national parks, lakes, and mountains. He spends his free time with his wife, daughter, and two sons.
Rod Ohlwiler, Team Broker
Rod has over 25 years experience both as a Realtor and as a licensed Broker. Rod has held Broker’s licenses in multiple states, and is currently licensed in Utah. Prior to moving to Utah, Rod served on the Board of Directors at Regency Real Estate Brokers the top independent office in sales volume in the south Orange County area. Experienced in all aspects of real property valuation, short sales, land, and lots – in addition to valuations of stigmatized property and equipment valuations. A career member of the National Assoc. of Realtors, California and Utah Assoc. of Realtors, and the Washington County Assoc. of Realtors. Rod has served on committees at the Washington County Board of Realtors, including past Chair of the MLS Committee. Rod is also currently the Broker of LYNX Properties which serves the southern Utah area.
